Laptops, Combos and Performance, Oh My!
Performance - Tony Goes Framerate Independent
tldr - Tony Block's Faux Skater now runs significantly better on lower end hardware, especially laptops and the like without graphics cards. This is a major update that changes both the physics behind Tony's sick moves as well as the code behind how we read player input. The result is that, regardless of the framerate, the game action should always be accurate. So if you downloaded the game and could barely move, or were stuck and unable to push around, this update is for you!
On Fire
A new gaemplay mechanic has been added. If you rack up enough points and land enough tricks without eating dirt, then you're on fire! Tony will skate around with a glorious transparent neon trail, tron-style. Landing tricks while you're on fire will result in significantly higher scores than without. Your combo goes on as long as you don't crash, and as long as you keep moving; do too many tricks in the same spot or take too long to do a trick and you'll drop the fire.
An Ant
We added an ant to the game. Somewhere. We're not telling where.
